What do I do if I haven't received my order?

Ensure you allow between 3-7 working days for return postage. We will send you a shipping confirmation email as soon as your job is finished and being shipped. In this email, you will be provided with a link to track the shipment via Australia Post tracking.

Call or email if you haven’t received your shipping confirmation from us within 48 hours of your parcel arriving at our post office box. If for any reason we foresee a delay in processing your service or order we will contact you immediately.
