We will send you a shipping confirmation email as soon as your job is finished and being shipped. In this email, you will be provided with a link to track the shipment via Australia Post tracking.
Call or email if you haven’t received your shipping confirmation from us within 48 hours of your parcel arriving at our post office box. If for any reason we foresee a delay in processing your service or order we will contact you immediately.
You will need to track your own postage to us. All parcels sent through Australia Post now come with a tracking number so that you can keep track of the delivery process.
